Grow Groups – Spring 2020

#15 – Adorned Group Leader: Cindy Verhaeghe     

Description:  A series by author Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth that teaches us to live out the beauty of the Gospel together.  The study is based on the book of Titus and is designed for older women helping out younger women.  Upon completion of this study, the class will continue with a new study for women yet to be determined.

Times:  Sundays – 9:45-10:45 AM – March 1 – May 17 – Room 105

#16 – The Easter Experience Group Leader: MaDonna Kelley

Description:  A Kyle Idleman DVD Bible Study that brings the passion and resurrection of Jesus to life through dramatic storytelling and challenging teaching in a highly cinematic style, bonding us with the eternal message of Easter.

Times:  Sundays – 9:45-10:45 AM – February 23 – March 22 – Room 106

#17 – Men’s Sunday School Group Leader: Greg Sturgeon     

Description:  A study of the book of 1 Corinthians intending to focus on a relationships within family and peers that our men need to know and understand.

Times:  Sundays – 9:45-10:45 AM – Mar 1 – May 17 – Men’s Classroom

#18 – Preserving our Country’s Christian Roots Group Leader: Karen Folks

Description:  A look at the life changing Christian principles that are a part of our Declaration of Independence and US Constitution.

Times:  Sundays – 9:45-10:45 AM – March 29 – May 17 – Room 106

#19 – Youth Sunday School Group Leader: Brian Kelley                 

Description:  A series of individual lessons that focus on the topics that teens need to know about in order to develop their faith during their teen years.

Times:  Sundays – 9:45-10:45 AM – Mar 1 – May 17 – Room 109

#20 – Planting Seed Group Leader: Rev. Allen Schweizer           

Description:  Bible Study and Fellowship led by our Retired United Methodist Pastor Allen Schweizer.  This class is open for all who would like to participate in a morning Bible Study.

Times:  Wednesdays – 10:00-11:00 AM – September – May – Room 105

#21 – The Book of Mark – Chapters 11-16 Group Leader: Brian Kelley

Description:  An in-depth study of the Book of Mark, one of the foundational books of the Bible. This study will look into the lessons Christ has to offer us.  The class will cover two chapters per week and discuss them during the class time.

Times:  Thursdays – 10:00-11:30 AM – April 16 – 30 – Room 105
